Why less than 10 employees?
If you have less than 10 employees then you probably don't have someone that is experienced in marketing. Without someone who has a background of marekting knowledge, you probably don't know what to focus on. A website? Advertising? Magazines? Social Media? All of these are not effective without a solid plan on how to use them and that is where we excel. Finding what is going to be effective for you, helping where I can and then sending you to someone that will help where I can't is my focus.
Flexibility
Something many businesses like about using me is that I have an extreme amount of flexibility in how I work. If you already have work done then why pay someone to redo it? As long as something is effective, there is no reason to start from scratch and usually there are better things to worry about.
Why less than 20 employees for websites?
I excel in a certain style of web design that usually works best for businesses with less than 20 employees. Extremely fast sites. Effective at bringing in more traffic through in depth SEO. Built with conversion as a focus. Hard coded to ensure nothing breaks while you are focusing on other tasks.
